Yes, absolutely. This is a key feature. All submitted photos land in a moderation dashboard on a Photos page within the app. You can review, approve, or reject any photo before it ever becomes visible on your live site, ensuring you maintain complete control over your brand's image.

How do I get charged for the Customer Photo Uploader app?

We offer different subscription options that could be monthly or yearly, and various plans depending on your business scale and needs. All the subscription payments are going through Shopify and are being deducted according to its policy.

Is my data secured within the Customer Photo Uploader app?

Can I use the Customer Photo Uploader app to run photo contests?

Yes, the app is an excellent tool for collecting entries for a photo contest. You can place the upload widget on any dedicated contest page and use it to gather photos, customer emails, and descriptions for each submission.

However, please note that while the app is perfect for collecting submissions, it does not currently have a dedicated feature to automatically display contest results or announce winners in a special format. We are planning to add advanced contest management and display features in future versions.

Will this app slow down my website's loading speed?

No. We take site performance very seriously. The app's code is lightweight and optimized to run asynchronously, meaning it won't impact your page load times. All images are optimized and served through a fast Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure a speedy experience for your customers.
