Plans

The Plans Page allows you to manage your subscription plan for the Customer Photo Uploader app. Here, you can review available plans, compare features, and choose the one that best suits your store’s needs.

At the top of the page, you can toggle between Monthly and Annual billing. Annual subscriptions provide additional savings, including a discount and extra free months.

FAQs about Plans page

Can I switch back to the Legacy Basic plan if I upgrade?

No, once you move to a new plan, you cannot return to the Legacy Basic plan. That plan is outdated, and our current plans will bring you much more value, so don’t be afraid of switching!

If I downgrade my plan, what happens to my extra galleries or photos?

It will not be possible to change the plan to the lower one in case you’re exceeding the limits for the photos or the galleries. To downgrade the plan, you’ll need to reduce you’re usage of the limits by deleting the photos or the galleries.

Does the app automatically update my billing when I switch plans?

Yes, Shopify manages billing automatically. Your subscription will be adjusted at the time of the change.

Can I use the Development plan after already starting the Trial Period on any of the paid plans?

Yes, before you were charged for the Basic or Grow plan, you can switch to the Development plan (in case your store is eligible for that) absolutely for free.

What happens after my store transitions to a production one and I’m on a Development plan?

Your access to the app’s functionality will be stopped until you choose the Basic or Grow plan for future app utilization. The photos and galleries won’t be deleted, but they also won’t be shown on your store’s website until the paid subscription starts.
